Hi there, here’s our Return Policy:

  • We only offer store credit. We cannot offer refunds.
  • Items must be returned within 7 days of receiving your order.
  • Items must have the tags on, be unworn, unwashed, and in the original condition. 
  • Discounted Sale items, as well as accessories including scarves, jewellery & leggings cannot be returned.
  • As Store Credits are previously applied funds, the credit note amount is not eligible towards the $150 free shipping allowance. You will have to pay a $15 shipping rate to re-ship items using your credit. We’re a small store & cannot cover return/exchange shipping.
  • Items purchased with Credit Notes are Final Sale.

Once your return is approved, you'll get an update from us. As a small business, we are unable to cover the cost of return shipping fees. We do suggest shipping back your return with a tracking number/insurance supplied by your shipper. We cannot process returns for items we don't receive. 

Once we have received the item, we will issue you Store Credit for the amount which you can use on a future purchase. Shipping fees are not refundable. As Store Credits are previously applied funds, the credit note amount is not eligible towards the $150 free shipping allowance. You will have to pay $15 shipping fee to re-ship items using Store Credit.

Store Credit Policy

Items purchased with Store Credit are FINAL SALE and cannot be returned. Store Credits expire after 6 months of being issued so be sure to use as soon as possible. As Store Credits are previously applied funds, the credit note amount is not eligible towards free shipping.

SHIPPING FAQ

We are happy to ship items out to our customers! However, we strongly suggest that you order from our lines that you have purchased (or tried on) in the past, as this will give you an idea of the styles, sizes and fits. We only offer returns for Store Credit, so if you can unsure of your size please do call us for further clarification before ordering or consider visiting the store instead to try on in person.

We usually ship out orders within 1-2 business days, but arrival times will vary based on your location and shipping method. If you have a particular timeline or concern with shipping, please relay that to us prior to placing your order so we can make the best arrangements.

Once your order has been shipped you will receive TRACKING INFORMATION from us and Canada Post via email. You must add your email when checking out online if you would like to receive tracking information as it can only be sent via email. We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages after it has been dropped off by Canada Post.

Curbside Pickup is available at our storefront located at

Once your order is Ready for Pickup, you will receive a notification via email. Please add your email to the online checkout to be able to receive the notification. Once you have received the Ready for Pickup notification, your order can be picked up during our open hours.
